3D model description
This is a separate lower for my groza conversion kit.
It is somewhat quick swap from the lower with the launcher, you will need to swap the trigger, but wont be needing any springs.
UPDATED TO BE A STANDALONE CONVERSION KIT
Parts in this set:
- Lower
- trigger
- barrelshroud
- suppressor
- Tactical grip
- retainer with pin
- Stock
- triggercover
- Hingeblock
- Carryhandle + rearsight
- middlehandguard + gasblocks (attachment points for lower)
You can use a spring on the retainer aswell, but it is not needed.
The pistol grip is from a ghk.
The suppressor in the picture is different from mine, but very similar in shape, the one ive made is shorter and ribbed (see stl picture).
Updates
- Added triggerrod 3, currently testing.
- Updatetd triggerrod 3
- Added another triggerrod 3 variant
- Updated the suppressor
- Added a new trigger system and simplified lower (old files still included)
- Possibly fixed the lower for new trigger system

NOTES
- New lower removed for now, doesnt print well, investigating.
- PRINT THE NEW SYSTEM LOWER UPSIDE DOWN
- The videofile is from the groza that has the new trigger system.

Putting this conversion kit requires alot of technical knowledge as it is not a simple parts swap.
Filament used pctg.
printing temp 250c+
Build plate 80c+
100mm/s (50mm/s top & bottom)
Print the lines against the receiving force.
Printing the glbase upside down makes it easier to assemble the trigger parts and the rest, but printing it sideways provides the best durability.
The rear trigger is based on Zsolt Martons design. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ku-kKhlOws
I have recycled lot of the parts from source material.
Parts needed:
- we ak74 pmc barrel (aluminium and OPTIONAL)
- we ak74 trigger (aluminium)
- assortment of grub screws
- 2mm metal wire, 3mm THREADEDBAR (or similar)
- Strong adhesive (loctite or similar)
- assortment of springs
Tools needed:
- Drill with assortment of drillbits
- hand tools like files, chisels, mallet and screwdrivers
- calliper
- Dremel
- Sandpaper
NOTES
- Ive redone the trigger wiring from 3mm threaded metalbar. I did this because the wire bends too much and the trigger pull becomes flaccid. With the 3mm metalbar the pull is rigid and adjustable with 3mm nuts at the end and you can dissassemble the trigger without breaking any parts, no adhesive needed anymore.
For the gastube you need to cut the we metal tube and it with the "gastuubrear". Ive used strong adhesive with some tape.
- The fronthandguard that goes over the launcher tube and the rearmost sotckpad are meant to be printed from tpu. If you print the rearstockpad from hard material, you will need to cut 2-3mm off the sides of the rearhingeblock.
