I've got the same issue. Everything fits into the Ammit apart from the missing track skirts. The upgrade pack comes with the wheeled IFV housing, which doesn't fit.
I worked it out. You need to use this one: https://cults3d.sitegames.net/en/3d-model/game/crocodile-flame-tank and NOT the base Ammit IFV. The Crocodile is scaled down a bit, so you use the skirts from that model. Hope that helps.
