How It Works:

• At the beginning of the game, the first player becomes the Time Lord. Put an Age counter on the Wheel of Fortune.

• At the beginning of the upkeep of the Time Lord, he puts a Time counter on the Wheel of Fortune.

• Whenever the Wheel of Fortune has 5 Time counters, remove 5 Time counters and put an Age counter on the Wheel of Fortune.

• Whenever a player casts a spell he may spin the wheel of fortune X times, where X is the amount of Age counters it has.

Democratic Act - If the Wheel of Fortune would be stand still on the line between two fates and everyone can confirm that, that player spins the Wheel of Fortune again.

The counters of the Wheel of Fortune can be removed or proliferated.
The Wheel of Fortune can't be removed from the game.
The Wheel of Fortune can't be affected by effects that would stop to trigger its abilities nor putting or removing counters on it.
If the Time Lord would lose the game, the Player next on his right becomes the Time Lord.
The Time Lord is not the controller or owner of the Wheel of Fortune nor is anyone else.

P: If a Fate with a "P:" would trigger, a counter with said fate on the Permanent would enter the battlefield. If a non-Permanent spell would end up on a "P:"-Fate, nothing happens.

C: A Fate with a "C:" is a Casttrigger and resolves like an instant.

ETB: A Fate with an "ETB:" is an ETB Trigger. Would the spell enters the battlefield or if a sorcery or instant resolves, the effect takes place. (It can be countered)
