3D model description
UPDATE 11.10.2024 ADD ZIP WITH ALL PARTS
Hello. I would like to submit further improvements to Mod V2 s/l.
Of course, all previous models are still available. In this next version, I wanted to focus on improving the ergonomics of assembly and making the entire gun easier to assemble.
The following corrections have been made:
• for Pulsar H motors
• The ability to align the motor externally using 4 M3x10 screws in an X configuration (this allows for easy adjustment even for motors like Pulsar S)
• The motor clamping in the body has been changed from washers to externally tightened screws (this significantly speeds up the assembly of the gun – in the Pulsar D, it is necessary to calibrate the distance without the hose because the hose enters the opening for adjustment and there is no other place)
• The spacers that distance the motor from the chamber come in two sizes, which should fit without washers (I left washers just in case to adjust the nozzle length for each rubber)
• I reinforced critical areas
• Improved cable management at the motor clamping. It is now easier to plug in the connectors for both the Pulsar D and, for the Pulsar H, this can be done after mounting the entire motor.
• Added the ability to screw in a 14ccw aluminum thread extension with an 18x35 barrel along with thread stabilization
• Added intermediate threads for 155 barrels
• Added a medium height RIS rail mounting
• Added a place for mounting the SMTS 102 lever switch under a 5mm hole (it can be set with vertical or horizontal movement – turning off the electronics or selector)
• Added the ability to adjust the trigger after inserting the trigger box (before inserting the chamber, this adjustment better aligns with trigger preferences than previous adjustments made before assembly)
• Improved the diameters of blind holes for quicker assembly.

Mod 9S/L is great for speedsoft and as a backup replica for the forest, where with a long barrel, you can easily achieve the power of assault rifles at 1.8J in the size of a pistol with a silencer. AEG standard barrels, the most popular M4 standard chambers along with X9 Nemesis, Well 9, Jg magazines provide a very cheap platform with excellent performance. With 450 grams of filament consumption and external parts, the production cost is as much as two packs of tracers (excluding the barrel chamber and engine with FCU). Each subsequent print is only the cost of the filament. You decide the color of the replica, which will be a game-changer.
The modular design allows the pistol to be printed on most printers. The model has been tested for about 1.5 years and is a development of the original version that my team still uses today..

Personally, I use PLA Fibrelogy Satin with inserts from regular PLA, for example for the magazine release, stock guide, or front cover. I use PET-G for threading for the tracer unit or suppressor.
(Be sure to see how the models are arranged on the trays as they have been specially designed for optimal dimensions and surface quality - a photo with all the trays)
