Mechanical Deck and Dice Box

Hi,
It's best to measure your deck of cards to see if it will fit. The card compartment has the following dimensions:
70 x 70 x 92 mm
If your deck is smaller than these dimensions, it will fit easily.

I recommend 3-4 perimeters

Seems like you would have to work on your printers settings, the tolerances of the moving parts are not tight at all and should be fairly easy to print. Maybe your overall material flow is too high, so I recommend to lower hotend temperature by 5-10°C and lower flowrate by a few percent in your slicer. If that does not help, try a different spool of filament.
Another easy solution is to lubricate the surfaces of the moving parts with silicone oil.

thank you so much, i print it with black pla at 210 for temp and i Use cura so rn the flow rate is at the factory setting of 100%, im new to the whole 3d printing so it might have to see what the perfect flow rate for the ender 3 v3 se is.

Thnx must have missed the line. What is the best setting to hold double sleeve cards seems I could not fit my 99 cards in it.

As statet in the description, the cards compartment measures 70x70x92mm. Since the thickness of sleeves cards depends on the sleeves, I did not specifiy a maximum of cards, but the dimensions of the compartment. So if you take your 100 sleeves card deck and measure it with a caliper it must not be thicker than 70mm in order to fit inside the box.

No, there are parts, which need to be a little flexible in order to make the clicking mechanism work. This usually does not work well with resin.

Hi there, glad you like the design so far! The spacing on the lid is bigger in order to reduce the risk of colliding with the card, when closing the box. I personally used a sleeved commander card and it fits, this may depend on slightly different print settings and printer configuration. Generally speaking I wanted the card to fit tightly, however I did not try double sleeved ones. Could you measure yours with a caliper and tell me, which spacing would work better for you?

If you did 76.3 wide x 102.5 high x 1.77 thick the hard plastic card sleeves would fit and make for extra protection!
