If you need a a looser fit i recommend sanding or shaving off some material around the bottom of the inside especially around the ears or could try scaling the stl bigger. Scale to your gorilla size percentage.

fan 80 - 100% and aux fan 100% (still testing, and inclosed seems to be not good for silk fillamnet for overhangs and high angles.)
