3D Printing Settings
For optimal results, please use the following 3D printing settings:
Filament Types:
TPU for flexible parts
PLA+ for rigid parts
Minimum Print Bed Size: 220 x 220 mm
Recommended Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Infill Density: 20% for most parts, 40% for structural components
Print Speed: 50 mm/s for PLA+, 30 mm/s for TPU
Nozzle Temperature: 200-220Β°C for PLA+, 220-240Β°C for TPU
Bed Temperature: 60Β°C for PLA+, 80Β°C for TPU
Cooling: Enable cooling fan for PLA+, disable for TPU
π¨οΈπ§ Recommended Printing Settings for PLA+ π§π¨οΈ
For optimal results when printing with PLA+, consider the following settings:
π‘οΈ Nozzle Temperature: 200-220Β°C
ποΈ Heated Bed Temperature: 50-60Β°C
π Printing Speed: 30-60 mm/s
π Layer Height: 0.2-0.3 mm
π¦ Flow: 95-105%
βοΈ Cooling: 100% for bottom layers, reduced to 50-75% for upper layers
π§© Infill: 20-40%
π οΈ : If required, use slicer-generated s with a density of 15-30% and an overhang angle of around 45Β°. Maintain a distance of 0.4 mm between the and the model to aid in easy removal.
