Would making it longer to fit more cards mees with the mechanism? I want to print it for a triple sleeved deeck.

Hello all - so similarly to some of you, I am having issues with the mechanism of the box. I can snap the top lid into the bottom just fine, but it almost seems like the channel for the two round guides to snap into get stuck on the small difference in size between each stop position. To the point where it gets too tight and snaps the bottom box into two... Did anyone modify the channel for the guides?

I print the walls outside to inside. Once I have all the pieces printed, I carefully will slide the pieces together making the friction smooth down the areas necessary. It takes a minute or two of doing that but once I have, it slides together just fine without breaking. I also had to mess with my printer a lot when that was first happening because it seemed like the print just wasn't printing strong enough. Now they break less often and the top is more likely to just pop out of place.

any good tips to assemble? how to position things, my arms seem to snap when putting together. just need to know how to line it up?

Hi, I added a gif in the third photo showing the mounting position. Position the teeth on the cover with the teeth on the card holder, and observe the alignment of the projections on the cover with the slots on the main body... after this, just push down until you feel it click into place.

Hey, I've printed about 6 of these they're great!
I have more issues with the list than any other part though. The arms quite often snap when pushing it together. Any thoughts or knowledge appreciated!

Kinda regret buying it, printed it several times on different printers, always issues, similar things always work perfectly....

I'm sorry, but as you can see this model works very well. It has already been printed and sold to several people. You may be doing something wrong, or your printers are seriously out of calibration.

What are the outer dimensions of this box? I need to know this because I got 31,6cm space for 4 Decks with the commander facing up.

Hello... 86mm side to side... Height 104mm... Depth 95mm... 344mm(34.4cm) for 4 deckboxes...

I could even adjust the model for you, but the problem is that if I reduce the walls to meet your needs, the box will be very fragile.
