I will have to check the files, but I have built all of them so they should work. But it's not impossible I accidently changed something. But this is the first time i hear of it.

It could be that you have the wrong size of M4 inserts. They all have different dimensions.

that would be greatly apreciated. It looks like the holes are for a m5 insert.

It is designed for these dimension m4 inserts.
M4, 8.1x6.3mm
6.3mm diameter.
So the hole being 6mm is correct.

The 60kg is designed differently because It could not be done the same way as the 35kg, with how the Screws needed to be placed.

If the motor is going the wrong way, you need to switch the two wires to the motor.

If you are using the 60kg motor. Dont give it too much power. I have found that 4.2V worked for me. That way it didnt break the printed teeth.

Possibly. Some struggle, some say it does it fine.
The one i bult did it well, but i dont own epm1 mags, i only tested on anothers.

There is those who say the 35kg motor can do it. But it probably wares on it.

The 60kg motor can do it. But if you give it too much power it will destroy the 3d printed parts, or even the bbs.

It can be a fine line. But yes, it can be done.

I did not want to give links to those, as they are very varied and yet not important to be the exact same.
The springs aren't super important to stick to the dimensions Í wrote in the manual, but works best.
When I got the springs, I bought a box with a varied collections of springs. Look for something that is within or close to the dimensions I've listed in the manual.
With the airsoft inner barrel, any should do as I think they are the same thickness standard. Making it the right length, you need to cut it yourself. I used an inner barrel from a broken airsoftgun.
But you could also 3D print the barrel. I've tested it on my next model and works fine. But it wont be as strong as a metal one, but my printed one haven't broken yet.
Although, I haven't ed that model yet, because I have forgotten up until now. I can probably it later tonight. I'm doing some other changes to the manual and beta files anyways.

Yes please that would be awesome. Just ordered most of electronics. Im in the proccess of widening certain parts because i have the larger ammo tin.

Hmm that is a weird one. I haven't had a problem like this on any of the ones I built. The worst I've had is that the BBs sometimes don't go down to the feeding wheel and you need to shake them loose. But never had it get stuck and destroy the BBs.

I would recommend to open it up and see if there is any sharp corners left from printing. See if you can see where the bb gets stuck. Then try to use fine sandpaper and get it smooth.
