1/14 Heavy Duty Rc Forklift- L160HT

Hi!

This is my design of the Linde HT160 Heavy Duty Forklift.
Ever since I saw the lesu forklift, I wanted to create my own version, as the full-metal hydraulic model costs over $2,500 (excluding tax and shipping!). For about $80, you get a model that challenges the $2,500 full-metal hydraulic model in of functionality, power and design.

My design closely matches the dimensions of the LESU model. It can lift up to 5kg on a 2S battery with ease; anything over 5kg and the rear end starts lifting. A 3S battery is significantly more powerful and faster but may risk burning the receiver or servos.

-Keep in mind that I used the cheapest servos for this model. If you use anything of higher quality your model will be even better!-

The forklift features a scale cabin with adjustable wipers, mirrors, and seat, along with a decorative screen. The doors open, the mast lights are adjustable, the cabin tilts forward, and the rear hatch provides easy access to internal components. There’s also a rear hitch if you ever want to hook a trailer!
There's no need for limit switches in this model as it's easy to eyeball forks and not override the servos!

Parts are oriented in the right direction for the best surface quality and strength, I also added screenshots of each part on the build plate showing the s and orientation, just press Print!

Very easy and straightforward build, almost everything is plug and play.
