Great, modular and easy to assemble stand for a microphone or other device of your choice.
It works perfectly as a decoration, a toy and, of course, a microphone stand.
You can adjust its height simply by printing as many tower elements as you need.
If you are interested in buying a ready-made crane, let me know, and I will prepare an offer and add a link here.
My main goal in deg this model was stability. Therefore, you have two options for mounting the crane to a desk or other surface.
One of the bases available is designed around a standard 70 mm (2 3/4 in) cable grommet. Thanks to this, you can attach the crane to an already existing hole. The second option is a one-piece base that will independently hold the crane without screwing it to the desk, but in this case, it doesn't guarantee 100% stability and it's highly recommended to screw the base to the desk with the screw listed below.
In addition, each element of the structure is screwed with screws and heated inserts.
You can mount a camera adapter to the trolley or print an adapter for M5 or M6 screws. This solution will allow you to mount any equipment, not just the proposed microphone.
Important
The crane's maximum tested load is 1 kg (2.2 lbs). Of course, this is a print, so a lot depends on the selected material and print settings.
By purchasing this design once, you will have access to all future updates.
