You like Cults and you want to help us continue the adventure independently? Please note that we are a small team of 4 people, therefore it is very simple to us to maintain the activity and create future developments. Here are 3 solutions accessible to all:
Sharing and ing on Cults3D guarantees that designs remain in makers community hands! And not in the hands of the 3D printing or software giants who own the competing platforms and exploit the designs for their own commercial interests.
Cults3D is an independent, self-financed site that is not able to any investor or brand. Almost all of the siteβs revenues are paid back to the platformβs makers. The content published on the site serves only the interests of its authors and not those of 3D printer brands who also wish to control the 3D modeling market.
Printed on a well calibrated BambuX1C with "0.2mm Strength" profile. Not an enjoyable print, almost everything needed s. Since a lot of the parts are intricate and fragile, removing the s was not fun. Putting the model together was also not great. The tolerances were not tight at all for me. Nothing snapped, everything was loose. Ended up having to use glue to hold some parts together. And in the end something in the rail mechanism broke immediately. Not worth my time to try/buy other models of this creator.
A bit sad, because the basic idea and the design of the model is really great!
