Here is an Anderson Power Pole adapter for the Icom IC-7300.
Don't have a printer? I am also happy to put this together and ship for 45USD + shipping. Includes everything needed except the screwdriver to remove the back cover of the radio.
I have also added a 5 way Power Pole hub as a bonus.
The adapter comes in 3 files and is secured using 2 x M2 x 12mm self tapping screws.
FILES:
1: Power Pole Adapter for IC-7300 Outer Shell
This is a plate that is inserted on the outside of the radio.
2: IC-7300 Adapter INTERNAL part FLUSH
This in one of the internal parts to choose from, this makes the PP flush with the outside of the radio.
3: IC-7300 PP Adapter INTERNAL Part SMALL PROTRUDE
This is a 2nd option for the inner part of the model, this allows the PP to slightly protrude out the back, just enough to make it easier to find them by touch.
4- Depth Jig:
It's up to you if you print and use this little jig. Use this to perfectly push the power poles through the internal part to exactly the right depth (8.25 mm deep from the back of the power pole. Makes it super easy to align the power pole M2 securing screw.
NOTE: These fixing screws do not damage the radio chassis in any way.
There is no text on the ed file for the internal part of this model.
To secure the Power Poles inside the adapter, use either the Power Pole pin (usually an extra purchase) or use an M2 x 20mm screw
ELECRICAL CONNECTIONS:
Two options:
1: Purchase an aditional power cable (Aliexpress $5.00) push the existing Molex connector back through into the radio and connect the new power cable, cut leads to length and attach them to the Power Poles.

or
2: Remove the Icom Molex (use the proper tool or fine tweezers) and prepare the wires and connect direct to the Power Poles.
Option 1 is probably the best, most simple and offers easy return to standard Molex power socket should the radio be sold in the future.
Use the two small screws through the face plate into the rear block. the longer screw goes through the side of the rear block to hold the power poles in place (make sure that the longer screw goes in from the outer side of the radio and not the fan side. The Power Poles should be fitted into the rear block BEFORE you attach the wiring!!
If you are unable to print the 7300 Power Pole conversion kit then I am happy to ship, me for more information via [email protected]
