3D model description

This is a housing for the FFBeast hoverboard motor racing wheel. The housing is designed to look like the Fanatec ClubSport DD wheelbase.

Here is the list of parts this model assumes you have:

FFB Wheel breakout board
MKS XDrive Mini
Screw mounted XT60
USB C Waterproof female connector
MT6701 Magnetic encoder
Roughly βŒ€135mm x 58mm (or smaller) Hoverboard motor. Significantly bigger motors likely will not fit
M3 and M6 bolts
10mm x 19mm x 5mm Bearing
Bike spokes
Metal motor mounting bracket from the hoverboard

3D printing settings

I recommend using PETG or another strong material for parts that will undergo stress from the motor, especially the Center.stl file. I used a 15% gyroid infill with 2 walls and haven't had any issues but I would recommend a higher infill and/or more walls if your filament is weaker or you want higher strength. This is a large print that will take a little more than 1Kg of filament.

I have included a small tolerance test that you can print to test whether or not your settings allow the M3 and M6 bolts to thread into the plastic properly.
