3D model description

This is a Canon FD prime lens cine lens hougrade suitable for the Canon FD 24mm f/2.8 S.S.C lens. There are some differences in length and circumference compared to the previous Canon FD 35mm f2, but since it has a similar appearance and operating structure, please refer to the assembly video on YouTube.

The inner diameter of the middle part of the attached housing is small, so some care is required when assembling. I solved it with a little patience and effort. (If there is no problem with disassembling and reassembling the lens, it may be a good idea to remove the mount part and aperture ring on the back of the lens before mounting and then assemble it)

The front filter boost ring is designed to make filter mounting easy, and the front is finished to firmly fix the housing, so do not omit it. Four M2.5 x 8mm bolts are required for fixing, and the 0.8M gear must be fixed with adhesive.

  • Required parts other than 3D printer output

  • M2.5 x 8mm bolts (flat head) - 4 pcs (black painted iron screws have a problem with rust, so stainless steel screws are recommended)

  • 55-58, 58-62, 62-67, 67-72, 72-77, 77-82mm step-up ring (filter adapter)

  • Super glue
