3D model description

A simple, easy to use phone mount for anything with a handle bar.

Assembly requires 2 nuts and bolts (size M4x20, M3 can work as well), some foam padding or window seal, and your choice of rubber bands or springs.

Spring sizes used (don't need to be exact, but I picked these from a box and they fit well):
Handlebar attachment: (2) 3/16" D x 39/64" L compression springs Phone Mount short side: (2) 11/64" D x 5/8" L extension springs Phone Mount long side: (2) 15/64" D x 59/64" L extension springs

3D printing settings

  • 100% infill is strongly suggested on every single piece!
  • Print the phone mount base with the interlocking mechanism pointed upwards, s should not be necessary.
  • Print each clip vertically for best results
  • "lock ring" and "top" should be printed vertically, top down, using s for the lock ring.
  • The "fixed in place" clips should be glued into the phone mount base. The non fixed in place clips should be sanded to make them glide smoothly.
