Printing Recommendations â Straight from Hell's Kitchen
Iâm not Tony Stark. I donât have a million-dollar printer or a lab full of A.I. to walk me through builds. But Iâve learned that when something mattersâreally mattersâyou pay attention to the details. You get your hands dirty.
This mask deserves that kind of attention.
Eikki tested it on his Prusa MK3S+ with a bed of 18x18x20 cm, and it runs just as well on a Creality CR-10 V3. He tells me heâs also working on some gear for Captain America... so if the CR-10 is taken, now you know why.
For filament, the go-to is PLA+. It gives strength without making the mask too rigid. But if you want to feel something closer to realâcloser to what I woreâtry TPA or TPU for the sides or even the whole mask. The flexibility gives it a natural grip to your face. Human. Raw.
Eikki sometimes lines the inside with real fabric, secured with fabric glueâsomething soft, something grounded. Thatâs the difference between cosplay and presence.
And if you're using the eye covers, youâve got options. You can go classic with thick acetate sheetsâor, if you're careful, print them with fewer layers or transparent filament for a more⊠devilish look. The kind that sees without sight.
It uses 7x2 mm magnets in key connecting points. 8 mm might work, but donât force itâyouâll risk cracking the slots. 6 mm or 5 mm? Theyâll do the job if you seat them right.
When you slice it, make sure all textured parts are facing up. You donât want scarring your finish or misaligning your magnet slots. If needed, tilt or lay it diagonallyâwhatever it takes to respect the design.

He mostly uses Prusa Slicer, but itâs been tested with Cura and Orca Slicer as well. Reliable across the board.
If something doesnât go as planned, donât panic. Trust me, I know what itâs like when the world feels like itâs falling apart one layer at a time.
Reach out to Eikkiâheâs got your back.
You can message him on Cults or email him directly at [email protected] or [email protected]
Heâs probably elbow-deep helping Bruce Wayne, Logan, Thor, Deadpool, Lady Deadpool, or someone from Voughtâbut heâll answer.
Just be patient. Be clear. Be kind.
Because some of us donât have the luxury of rest...
But we do what we canâfor those who canât.
Stay sharp.
Stay silent.
And protect your city.
