This product is digital data that allows you to create Velociraptor 3d puzzle. It can be made using two types of machines: 3D printers and laser cutter/engraver.
Include files:
- STL format file for 3D printer
- SVG, DXF, AI format files for laser cutter/engraver
- Assembly instruction
- F3D format file for Fusion360 (usage manual included in folder)
- Authorized seller badge (for commercial s)
Commercial use:
When it was released for free, it received positive reviews from many people, and in recent years, its popularity has greatly expanded as it has been included as a test file in Bambu lab's 3D printers.

There were also people who wanted to sell this 3D puzzle and wanted the rights to sell it. I decided to make it available for commercial use this time because there were many people who wanted to sell 3D puzzles. For commercial use, I have changed the design of the head and pedestal and upgraded it.
When using this site for commercial purposes, please check the "Notes on commercial use" below.
Laser cutting:
When it was released for free, only STL files compatible with 3D printers were released. However, since most 3D puzzles are made by laser cutting plywood, I received many opinions that they could also be made using a laser processing machine. For this release, we have decided to include data for laser cutting so that s who use laser cutting machines can also use it. By using laser cutting data, you can create more precise 3D puzzles. Additionally, because it can use thin materials such as plywood, it is possible to create 3D puzzles that are lighter than 3D printers.
The included SVG, DXF, and AI format files are data based on a board with "thickness of 3 mm". If you want to change the plate thickness or size, please use the F3D file below.
Custom F3D files:
F3D is format that can be used within3DCAD software called Fusion360. If you are unable to assemble the F3D file using the included STL or SVG file, you can adjust the notch width to create data suitable for the machine you are using. It is also possible to create data compatible with plates other than 3mm thick from the F3D file. It comes with a usage manual, so if you want to use it, please read it.
If you want to create data for laser cutter/engraver, you will need Inkscape and Adobe Illustrator in addition to Fusion360. Although it is possible to create data for the laser using either software, it may not work properly depending on the model, so I recommend using both software together as described in the manual.
