3D model description
Multi-Part design is to be printed out in separate parts in the corresponding colors to eliminate the need to paint. This also allows everyone to be able to print this design regardless of what printer you are using.
Itsa the way!! Hahaha
I was swept up in this project, a huge fan of the Mandalorian and obviously all Nintendo stuff I thought this would be an awesome design to create. Blending the two universes together to create this amazing 3D printing project.
One of my favorite creations yet to date, Sooo pleased how the end results came out. I even created a Boba Luigi version available now here...

I scaled the original design up 215% and adjusted the clearances between the parts if you are interested in printing a large Mariolorian I suggest using the parts with 215 in front of them.
Printing should be fairly simple I tried to keep the need for s down to a minimum. The White fist and the arm parts will need but that’s about it.
Assembly...
Assembly of the Hemet is pretty straight forward. to dry fit everything together before glueing, as it is easy to orient some parts incorrectly.
I always use PLA Gloop for the best results. It has a strong bond that chemically welds to two pieces of plastic together. Applying a few drops to one side then pressing the pieces together for a few seconds works for me. If you have access to PLA Gloop, I highly recommend trying it out.
When assembling the body start from the bottom up. Attach the boots to the legs then insert the main body alignment pin and start stacking the rest of the pieces on top.
Figuring out the arms and witch hand is which is the hardest part, but with the body completed its pretty obvious what arm goes where. His left arm is bent and the shoulder armor is shaped more like a trapezoid than a rectangle. The wrong shoulder armor will not fit the wrong arm or body, but its easy to get the hands mixed up. So once again make sure to dry fit everything before glueing the pieces in place.
