For more than 80 years, The Joker graced the pages of comic books, the big screens of theatres, and the childhood routines of Saturday morning cartoons. From illustration to Hollywood make-up, the face of The Joker has changed so many times. Among them are certainly some more memorable visages than others. In creating this series of 3D printable wall art, we've chosen our top three favorites.

Silhouettes and Multicolor Wall Art
As we all know, 3D printers are not created equal. Some of you have the capability to print in multi-color using such sophisticated machines as the Bambu P1P/P1S/X1C with AMS. Others may be restricted to single-filament printing. Our aim was to provide a little something for everyone, all packed into one set of files.
There are 6 files included in the set. Three of them are single-color silhouettes of each character in the series. The other three are multicolor files that require the ability to print in four colors.
The Joker Silhouettes STL & 3MF
The silhouettes are the simplest prints of all. A single color (black is generally best) and basic slicer settings will get the job done. Use a pin, tack, small nail, or sticky tak putty to attach them to the wall.
Silhouette files in the Batman Joker Villain pack include:
- Joker - Asylum Silhouette.STL
- Joker - Asylum Silhouette.3MF
- Joker - Ledger Silhouette.STL
- Joker - Ledger Silhouette.3MF
- Joker - Phoenix Silhouette.STL
- Joker - Phoenix Silhouette.3MF
If importing into Bambu Studio, the 3MF files come with recommended slicer settings built in.
The Joker Multicolor 3MF Files
The 3MF files are pre-painted for Bambu Studio slicers, and designed for printing on Bambu AMS printers (and other multicolor compatible machines).
When you load the 3MF file, you'll notice it is placed upside down on the build plate. This is intentional, as most build plates produce a cleaner bottom surface than top surface. PEI Steel Flex are especially nice for bottom-surface printing. If your printer has a cleaner top surface, flip it over by rotating the Y axis 180 degrees.
All the recommended settings are in place for you. Feel free to adjust them to your liking, but do not reduce the Z scale or you won't be able to run a thin string through the back to hang it on the wall.
Attach a Line for Wall Hanging
The Multi-Color Joker Wall Art 3MF files are built with a series of rectangular openings in the back designed for running a line through. Fishing line or thin wire is recommended because it is stiff enough to push through the 1mm opening. Thread won't work because it bends too easily.

Start at one of the smaller openings on the left or right and push the line through. You want it to come out on the far end. The large middle opening is for the hanger loop. Tie off the line (or twist the wire) on each end so that it leaves a loop in the middle section as a hanger.
