What is the trick to remove the under the head? These were already printed like this, future disabling will definately happen.

Hello, I purchased the design, but despite trying many different print settings, the moving parts are not moving. I have attempted several different prints, but still no success. I would really appreciate your help. My printer model is Bambu P1S, and I am printing in single color using PLA filament. Can you help me with the correct settings?

try adding "-0.1" to the x-y contour compensation

I tested this model on my Bambu Lab X1C using the default 0.16mm layer height preset, and it works great!

For best results on ts and moving parts, I recommend a few key tweaks:

Perimeters (walls): 3 β€” for better strength and clean ts

Nozzle temperature: 205–208Β°C β€” helps avoid fused ts (I used 210Β°C for PLA+)

Cooling fan: 100% from layer 3 onwards

X/Y Contour Compensation: -0.1mm β€” makes a big difference in snap fit tolerances

Bottom Shell Layers: 5 for better base strength

Top Shell Layers: 5 (optional, 4–5 is enough)

Infill: 15%, gyroid

s: disabled.

Let it cool down completely before trying to move the ts. No sanding or post-processing needed on my end.

Hope this helps others printing on Bambu!

I printed a plate of 6. each size and texture on the plate. I had an issue with 3 of them. The links stuck together and broke when trying to twist. I printed slower than normal and at .12mm with a .04 nozzle. Not sure whey some were ok and snaped to rotate properly and others were just too stuck and broke.

This is an exact copy of our 360 Link design. We came up with the concept in 2021. Blob claims he invented this last week. Anyone purchasing this and selling prints we could easily sue you personally. We have done lawsuits before. original creators and not copy cats who doesn’t even have an identity.

Hello Mels, the invention of the 360 t was patented in 1985, US patent number US4509929A. It has long since expired and is in the public domain. If you have another patent number, please provide. Otherwise your claim is baseless.

Are you illiterate or something? Thats not a 360 print in place link in 3d printing. If tomorrow someone comes up with a 360 link in a different field application and process, it’s a new novelty.
