Time for something a little different, A new Young Adult Toon Head in a further three expressive poses . . so why not try something different for your BJD using an expressive head? . . .
The skull cap will only fit this set of heads and is not compatible with previous heads.
25mm neck t, 18mm eyes you can scale them up or down to fit your doll body. Be aware that the ball t and eye sockets will change! Also I have printed at 1/6 doll size on resin but at that size FDM will not form eyes at 2mm diameter!
These are all new heads/skulls designed from scratch, no remixing, STL’s OBJ files or other heads have been used in the designs intentionally. All designs have used either/and Internet photo’s, art work, my own designs etc. . . references for head sizes and fittings from various manufacturers.

This series of heads are designed to fit 115 x 65 x 155 resin build plate as well as FDM printers.

Lots of files for sale and free of BJD dolls heads. Unfortunately they are either very expensive or not scaled to fit smaller resin printers . .
My head’s are very reasonably priced for the amount of detail.
Each head set is complete with a Head Cap to fit.
Heads are NOT orientated for print. Please feel free to orientate them yourself . .

All the parts have been printed and developed to print, A lot of prints have been produced to test design and fit. All heads have been fitted to dolls/painted etc without problems . .

All of my models are only released when they can print! so please do not remix or "fix" faults in this model then republish! If there is a fault then let me know . . message me I will answer and fix problem. . apart from that print make enjoy.
I make these models for my own collections and friends but I am always open to suggestions of content for models that cover the DC and Marvel universe as well as TV and film cult images e.g. Barbarella. so message me if you have any ideas . .

Look at the picture, this is my favourite orientation for SLA least s.
I always find that slow print is best both SLA and FDM.
Resin raft for these heads scale to fit your plate . .
I used Hollow 2.40 Raft 95% on my small Photon.
