The Modular Bridge and Trestle is an accessory item in the JWizard collection. The bridge columns and walls are textured with bricks and the bridge walkway is tiled. The tiles and walkways were created with JWizard custom stencil routines. The Bridge and trestles have been sized according to a Christmas village.

Each bridge piece is 10+ centimeters and the trestle inner and outer columns are approximately 22 centimeters. The trestles a bridge width from 7-14cms. The trestles height spans from 22 to 44 cms. The bridge cross bar can be ed with ties. Depending on your application using the bridge, you may not need to secure the cross bar. The inner trestle can be raised with the square blocks which are provided. The current bridge pieces will fit on a 9x9x9 print bed. This bridge can be re-sized and used for any project!

The bridge is modular in that you can create it to the length, width and height that you need. You can print as many bridge segments as needed. The bridge was designed to be built and torn down quickly. The bridge segments are not secured. They just sit on top of the s. If you must create a bridge that is one long piece, you will have to them together manually. You can print out as many trestles as you like to your bridge. We have used s underneath our bridge to prevent the bridge from sagging. You can use any materials that you desire to your bridge. Keep safety in mind when selecting underneath bridge materials. A bridge over 20 centimeters long will require underneath s.

Idea’s:

This accessory will work well with size modifications. The limitation is the maximum size of what your printer allows. For the inner columns, if stability is needed, you can insert something with weight to give your bridge stability.

15% infill
PLA or PLA wood

Slicing Instructions:

1. Import the .STL into your slicing program.
2. Only use base s for the trestle top left and trestle top right pieces. Do not use s for any other pieces.

Printing Instructions:

Use your PLA of choice. Although you can pick any color you wish for your bridge, using brown and wood colors for the walkway will make the bridge most realistic. You may want to use a brick color for the columns.
