3D model description

This is a vague replica of a very famous doughnut shop. It has everything you see in the pics except the very bottom layer of concrete slab. The roof, building foundation, sidewalk sections and parking bumpers are all included ( some as .svg templates to cut out of foam or other preferred material). Even the interior pieces are all included! Although not shown in the pics, the rooftop has AC units and ventilation details as well. This is a complete model and will require a lot of printing and painting due to the level of detail that you will get! I am not a skilled model painter or builder for that matter so please understand that your results will be very much better than mine! To my knowledge, I do not believe that you can get a model of this doughnut shop anywhere else! So, if you want to be the first or even the only one in your town that has one, this model is for you!
